Join University of California Irvine in-person or online for this exciting and entertaining annual program reviewing the Supreme Court’s key cases decided in the most recent term, with an all-star panel of Supreme Court practitioners, journalists and academics. Professor Mario Barnes will be joined by leading experts to discuss the Supreme Court’s key cases decided in the October 2024-25 term. This high stakes Supreme Court 2024-25 term grappled with cases that have critical and broad impacts on the United States and beyond. This term’s major cases focused on issues of privacy, health care, gun and environmental regulations, nationwide injunctions, and the death penalty, as well as fundamental questions about due process, the rule of law, executive branch powers, and more.
