The European Association of Centres for Medical Ethics (EACME) and the KU Leuven Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law are delighted to announce the EACME Annual Conference 2026, to be held in Leuven, Belgium, from September 24 to 26, 2026.

This conference marks a special occasion — the 40th anniversary of both EACME and the Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law. EACME and the Centre warmly invite you to join them in celebrating this milestone and contributing to the rich exchange of ideas that has defined the community over the past four decades.

Call for Abstracts

They welcome abstract submissions on all topics related to medical ethics and bioethics in the broad sense. They encourage researchers from diverse backgrounds to share their innovative perspectives and insights. All abstracts must be in English and all presentations given in English.
